The  new  soft  floating  insulating  board,developed  with  China's  top  foundry  &forging  institute,

is  widely  recognized  by   domestic   steel  mills.It  has   a   density  of  0.9t/m3,high  thermal   insulation,

and   intelligent   shrinkage   compensation.Made   with   98%high-purity   silicon   sand   and   special   fibers, it  uses  thermal  oil  temperature  control  to  deliver  three  core  values:

1.30%lighter   and   cheaper   than   regular   products;

2.Extended  molten  steel  solidification  time  for  higher  yield;

3.Ash  forms  a  barrier  layer,improving  riser  smoothness  and  easy  demolding.
